About the event

In preparation for the Snow Moon, this yin yoga class invites us into the heart of winter’s wisdom—a season of deep stillness, inner resilience, and quiet transformation. Traditionally associated with the heaviest snows of the year, the Snow Moon calls us to slow down, conserve energy, and turn inward, honoring what is subtly taking shape beneath the surface.

Through long-held, supported yin postures, this practice mirrors the Snow Moon’s invitation. We soften the outer layers, settle into stillness, and create space for reflection—physically, emotionally, and energetically. Rather than striving or pushing, this practice encourages yielding, listening, and gentle release, allowing the body and nervous system to rest and reset.

This class serves as a practice of stillness, reflection, and quiet renewal, offering a sanctuary to pause, breathe, and reconnect with inner resources. In the calm and spaciousness of yin, we tend to what has been carrying us through the winter…
