3. Payments

All payments for services must be made in full at the time of booking or purchase unless otherwise stated. We accept secure online payment through Square, PayPal, Venmo.  Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change at our discretion. You are responsible for reviewing pricing before confirming your purchase.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

• Appointments and classes must be scheduled in advance via our booking system.

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will be eligible for rescheduling or credit toward a future session.

• No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be non-refundable. Exceptions may be made for emergencies on a case-by-case basis.

5. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for completed services. Refunds for prepaid services may be granted under specific circumstances, such as provider cancellation or error. Please contact us within 7 days of purchase to request a refund or resolution.
